Half Moon will be screened in Portugal, USA and Germany

Bahman Ghobadi’s latest feature film Half Moon which won the best film award at the last San
Sebastian International Film Festival in 2006 is invited in three different international film
festivals.

Indialisboa Film Festival in Portugal

Half Moon will be presented in the non-competition section,
Special Programming, with other films in New Crowned Hope
of The 4th Indialisboa International Film Festival held in city of
Lisbon in Portugal.  

The main aim of the Festival is to discover new films and new
directors, in the universe of independent cinema.  In only three
years Indielisboa has been able to become the second most
important Portuguese festival.

The festival will take place between 19-29 April 2007 and Half
Moon will be screened on 21st of April 2006 in cinema King2
at 00.15. The second screening of Half Moon will be on 27 April
in cinema King3 at 17.45.

Half Moon in USA

The second festival that invites Half Moon is The 6th Tribeca International Film Festival taking
place from 25th of April to 5th of May 2007 and held in lower Manhattan in USA. Half Moon will
be screened four times in this festival. The screening dates and venues are:

1- Fri, Apr 27, 7:45pm
AMC 34th Street Theater 10

2- Mon, Apr 30, 9:30pm
AMC Kips Bay Theater 15

3- Tue, May 1, 3:00pm
AMC Kips Bay Theater 15

4- Fri, May 4, 11:00am

Munich will watch Half Moon

Likewise it is said that Half Moon will also be screened at a special film event taking place
between 10-25 April that is organized by Munich Film Museum in Germany.

Half Moon will be screened on 21st of April 2007 at 18:30 and on 24th of April 2007 at 21:00 at
the Munich Film Museum.
